How do we manage to achieve anything happen in our business…or life?
It’s just 3 simple steps:
1. Dream it…see it…imagine it…have the vision – essentially, you come up with the idea of what you want to do.
2. Believe it – now you’ve come up with the idea of what you want, you need to believe you can make it happen.
3. Do it – that’s right, you need to take action, every single day towards achieving your goal.
But if it’s that simple, why doesn’t everyone achieve their goals?
There are two reasons: limiting beliefs and fear…and they can stop you from going from Dream to Believe or from Believe to Do.
So…what’s an ambitious entrepreneur like yourself to do?
Well, you can do a ton of mind re-programming…and digging around for all the limiting beliefs in your subconscious…and that’s a good thing to do…but it takes time.
So, here’s the shortcut, to get you moving through your Dreaming, Believing, and Doing – right NOW:
Look for evidence of prior success…and then apply that success energy and confidence to your new goal.
And, it doesn’t matter if what you were successful at in the past has nothing to do with your current goal.
Maybe you had massive success losing weight or being great at sports or overcoming a health challenge…and yes that’s very different to your current goal of building a thriving business.
But it doesn’t matter.
Because the very act of recalling past success and putting yourself in that high-vibe space, puts you in a high-vibe space for achieving your new goal.
Plus, it can also give you a kick up the butt…because you might look at your prior success stories and say, “Heck, if I managed to achieve that, of course I can do this!”
So the next time you find yourself stalling out, or freaking out, or scared to move forward in building your business, just pause, recall past success…recall what that felt like…and bring that energy into what you’re focused on today.
